Attorney associate Eivind Abrahamsen assisted a man who was charged with robbery together with two others, but who denied guilt. After two days of court proceedings in the Vestfold District Court, the court concluded that the defendants should be acquitted.

The client had been held in custody for five months while awaiting trial but ended up receiving only one month for a few minor charges.

“We are critical of the police’s work and expect more thorough proceedings when such a serious charge is brought, with a potential sentence of six years,” said attorney associate Eivind Abrahamsen to Gjengangeren when they covered the case.
